Yes, but it is important to validate with your selling dealership (where you are buying your new vehicle) to obtain their authorization. It is important to mention that an accommodation sale is between merchants. In addition, your new vehicle must already be selected and the steps to acquire it must be underway with the selling dealership. The timeline must be approximately 10 days before taking possession of your new vehicle. If the dealership decides to keep the vehicle after all the steps, your fee remains applicable since you will have benefited from a higher value thanks to us.

We suggest doing your own research on the current market to form your own opinion. Keep in mind that our buyers are dealerships who must resell the vehicle afterwards. Auctions take place every Tuesday. You can list your vehicle on the platform at any time, but you must still wait until Tuesday for the auction. From the start of the auction, a maximum of 48 hours is required to obtain the results. If your vehicle is sold, the buyer must normally take possession within 7 to 10 days following the auction.

If you do not receive an offer or your reserve price is not reached, you will be informed once the auction closes. No fees will be charged and you will be invited to re-list your vehicle in the next aukcio auction while reviewing your reserve price.

Your vehicle will only be sold automatically if your reserve price is reached or exceeded during the auction. If that is the case, you commit to proceeding with the sale of your vehicle. You may also accept or refuse an offer from a dealership following a call from one of our representatives. You will then have the option of cancelling the sale, subject to fees.

There are no fees to use the platform. Sale fees only apply when your vehicle is sold. This is equivalent to a minimum amount of $300 or 1% of the sale price (for vehicles sold at $30,000 and above). They will be deducted from the sale price. These fees will need to be paid if the reserve price is reached. If you accept an offer below the reserve price, the fees still apply. They will be payable by credit card in the event of a cancellation.

The buyer must normally take possession of your vehicle within 7 to 10 days following the auction or based on the availability set during your registration. The buyer proceeds with payment at the time of vehicle pickup.

The buyer is responsible for communicating with you and coordinating the pickup of your vehicle. Transport is at the buyer's expense. They will also determine with you the best payment method. Please note that the fees will be deducted from the sale amount (example for a vehicle sold at $30,000 = $29,700; i.e. $30,000 - $300).

If the buyer is dissatisfied with the vehicle, they are required to notify the aukcio team, which acts as an arbitrator between you and them. We will do everything in our power to facilitate negotiation between the parties and will cancel the sale if necessary. Please note that the fee remains applicable in the case of an oversight or false declaration about your vehicle if the sale is cancelled.

If a sale is concluded with aukcio and you wish to cancel the transaction, cancellation fees of $300 or 1% of the sale price plus applicable taxes will be required by credit card. Refusing to sell after reaching the reserve price or accepting an offer is considered a cancellation. The same applies to a false declaration by the seller leading to a cancellation.
